Who we are

After dedicating +15 years of his life to managing large multi-million dollar commercial construction projects, Leonardo “Leo” Rubio was compelled to utilize all his experience to serve the local community. He activated his general contractor’s license and incorporated Real Constructors Inc. in 2024 knowing the need for responsible, responsive, and committed contractors in the Tampa Bay area.

Leo has been fortunate enough to work on a diverse set of construction projects ranging from municipal/government infrastructure, hotel/hospitality, urban high-rise, casino gaming, and multi-family. However, he never lost his love for the outdoors and nature he obtained while working in landscaping and groundskeeping during his college years. Collectively, all this experience is put to use to provide clients with a unique experience by partnering with someone who knows what it takes to deliver +$100-million dollars of work but also care for your home or property as if it were his own.
